We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of M&K Blanket Gift Baskets and Gifts. If you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied please contact us immediately. Since our blankets and gift items are made to order they cannot be returned or the order canceled once it has been processed (unless defect in fabric or gift item). Food items cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to substitute fleece patterns, wicker baskets, and theme accessories from what is pictured with others of similar likeness and value. 

We ship to the U.S. and it's territories. No international orders. US currency only. 

All Products are shipped by UPS. You may choose from UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS Next Day Air. Due to the meltable nature of chocolates, all gift baskets containing chocolate and all chocolates must be shipped UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. However UPS 3 Day Select is also an option but not recommended. It is also recommended that someone be available at time of delivery to receive the package so that the chocolates do not sit outside in the sun. We are NOT responsible for melted chocolates. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you to inform you of the shipping date and expected delivery date (please make sure you provide us with your correct email address). Products are usually shipped within 10-14 business days of receiving your order. However, our blankets and chocolates are handmade and may require additional time under certain circumstances. If the fleece material for the blankets is not in stock shipping will be delayed by 1-3 weeks. 

Please note that the listed weight of the Blanket Gift Baskets is NOT the actual weight, but is what UPS calls dimensional weight. UPS uses this because the box that the Blanket Gift Basket is in is considered oversized and this is how they figure the shipping charges.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as method of payment. If you wish, you can also pay by check, however if this method is used you must include a valid phone number and there will be a required two week waiting period before your order will be processed.
